It’s hard to put into words how we feel about our new home.  From the first time we walked through the front door we were excited to be finally here, my heart skipped a beat and we were both emotional.

Friends have described it as stunning and beautiful and it is certainly that. I remember going to see the kitchen and all the cabinetry completed at the factory for the first time, so much to take in, another emotional moment.  I think that’s how we feel about our home emotional, there is so much to take in when you walk through the front door and see the views.

It’s hard to believe that we actually live here, we have to pinch ourselves. To everyone who was involved in this build and all the unexpected special features and details, courtesy of Rob and the Eden Homes team, we are forever grateful - thank you so much, you all must be proud of how this build went.  It was worth waiting for.

Our Home

We are the proud owners of one of the masonry homes in Karaka built by Eden Homes.

As we are both retirees, a masonry home with low maintenance was a logical choice for us. Our previous home was built by an experienced and careful craftsman, so our expectation on quality was very high. Having viewed some of the homes built by Eden Homes in Karaka, we were confident that we had found the right builder.

Eden Homes worked with us through the whole process, from planning, detailed design and construction, guiding us with their wide experience and good vision to achieve the best result. We found that the team at Eden Homes always put pride in the finished product before profit. The team of builders paid meticulous attention to detail and used the best quality building materials.

Eden Home's decorator advised us on the colour scheme and sourced our fittings and materials to match the décor and flow in every part of the house.

We moved in after the Eden Homes team beautifully landscaped the section. The home is very warm, quiet and we are very happy with the standard of finish, which is beyond our expectation.

Our Home

For a long time, my wife and I admired the architecture and solid look of Eden Homes.  Once we decided to build, we met with Rob and his team.  The Eden Homes team was always attentive and informative, no detail was spared, no stone unturned!

The final product was truly a magnificent family home that surpassed our vision.  Eden Home's attention to detail is phenomenal. Perhaps what is even more important is that the whole team upholds the exceptional standards.

If you want to build a house any building company will do, but if you desire a high-quality solid masonry structure finished to an exceptionally high standard, you will struggle to find an alternative to Eden Homes.

Our Home

I wish to commend the 'Eden Homes' team, for the tremendous Tuscany Style home you have built us.

Janet and I have now settled in, and we are really enjoying the house and landscaped gardens.

We are delighted with the finished, extremely high quality, workmanship. Far better than we ever imagined it would turn out to be. Thanks to the masonry construction, the house is so quiet and peaceful.

The whole 'Building Process' was a real pleasure for us. The Eden Homes team, listened to our ideas, advised us of better solutions, and guided us from start to finish.

The stories you hear of house building being too stressful certainly did not apply to us.

On numerous occasions, Eden Homes included additional items and finishes that were not contracted for, but certainly enhanced the end product, both from an engineering and artistic point of view.

I will certainly recommend Eden Homes to anyone looking for a home that has that 'certain something extra' compared to what other New Zealand builders can offer.

Our Home

In 2014 we decided to build our dream home and we knew we wanted a top quality home built to a high spec.

We had seen and loved the beautiful quality homes built by the team at Eden Homes and we knew we wanted them to build our home. They have a wonderful team behind them and nothing is ever too much trouble. The boys building the house were the most friendly and professional you could ever wish to have to deal with.

Eden Homes, with their vast experience in building, gave us some great ideas which we really appreciated. Their attention to detail is second to none. They also did our landscaping, which is just amazing and we love it.

Due to the masonry construction, our house is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is like we are living in a resort.

Our Home

In 2013 we had the pleasure of buying number 3 Corsica Way, Karaka, Harbourside - a multiple award winning show home. At the time the home was 3 years old, but still in perfect and almost brand new condition (a testament to the quality of workmanship employed by Eden Homes).

Corsica Way was an absolute joy to live in and is by far my favourite home. We love the high end finish that Eden Homes employ in every aspect of their building projects. We also love the fact that Eden Homes can take control of the final landscaping/hardscaping of their homes, which sets them apart from the others, making sure that the entertaining spaces and garden spaces flow seamlessly and beautifully from the living spaces. Their homes have a sense of unpretentious luxury about them.

We were so thrilled with 3 Corsica Way that we have engaged Eden Homes to build our next home - a bespoke waterfront retreat which we are very much looking forward to completing.
