• Establishing a clear scope of work via our 5 step Design & Build process. This process involves regular meetings to ensure Eden Homes have a clear understanding of your wants, needs and budget, as well as providing concise quotations and designs before commencing construction.

• Regular design meetings so that we can grasp a confident understanding of your expectations to deliver consistent results.

• Complete project management so that you can watch the progress of your new home without the stress of organising sub-contractors

• Establishing a Master Builder Guarantee and managing the process

• Handling all Council applications and inspections, from Resource Consent to Code of Complaince

• Managing Contract Works Insurance requirements
