Often we're engaged to design and build larger scale one off  homes. In this case, our brief was to design a compact, single level easy to live in home.

Our designers presented a superb layout providing traditional architectural elements of the Mediterranean- solid white plastered walls, deep door and window reveals, authentic terracotta roof, solid oak doors, wrought iron features and living areas that open up into 3 separate private courtyards, all within 275m2.

We opened this as a Show Home and were so delighted with the reception from visitors, that we decided to enter the home into the Registered Master Builders' House of the Year Competition. Under stiff competition from the best of the best and over 40 competing Show Homes, our Eden Homes Show Home took honours with the Auckland Registered Master Builders' Regional Show Home of the Year as well as the Registered Master Builders' National Show Home of the Year.
