The 7 things
you Need to know

SCROLL

Answers to the 7 most common concerns people have about designing and building a new home

1.   I end up with a house I don’t like and can’t afford to build.

We work very closely with you and the budget you have allocated for the project. Through every stage of the design and build process, we ensure your ideas are incorporated into a design you love and can afford to build.

2.   I’m going to incur costs over and above the quote to build my new home.

Only if you want to. We do provide upgrade options, but our price to build your new home will be backed by our 5 page, 40 point new home fit-out specification, which itemizes and identifies everything that is required to build your new home at the price we quoted.

3.   My house build will run over time.

Sometimes it may do. The main reason for this will be bad weather. Other times it will be because you decide to incorporate new ideas and suggestions to further enhance your new home. We’ll ensure you are informed and updated along the way.

4.   I won’t know what’s going on and won’t be kept informed during the build.

Communication is really important to us and strong communication goes a long way to ensure no problems arise during the build. In addition, we will provide a weekly build schedule and updates on progress.

5.   I am overwhelmed at the thought of all the decisions that I will need to make.

We have been designing, building, decorating and landscaping beautiful new homes for over two decades. We have well-established systems and a supportive team to assist you every step of the way.

6.   I’m concerned about dealing with the requirements of Council.

As part of our end-to-end build service, we submit applications and plans to Council on your behalf to ensure you receive consents and permits with minimal involvement and disruption to you.

7.   How do I pay for my new home?

Payments for your new home are made progressively on completion of each construction stage, so you never pay for anything that hasn’t been completed.
